Mustard and Apple Chicken Bake

Chicken drumsticks,  bacon, onion, dijon mustard in Apple cider, chicken stock and cream with caramelised Apple wedges. 

Tuesday Roast

Roast chook, Hasselbeck potatoes,  snowpeas and roast tomato

Get some pork on your fork

Pork chop, sausage, mash and broccoli, beans and kumara. 

Roast lamb

Loin roast of lamb marinated in wholegrain mustard with roast taties, pumpkin,  carrot and sugar snap peas. 

Steak dinner

BBQ fillet steak from aldi with double bacon sausages and a tossed salad with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Roast Chicken

Seasoned and marinated chicken from Woollies, roasted with potato, mushroom and onion with snow peas. 
A nice dinner for tonight and enough for lunch tomorrow with a bread roll and dinner at work tomorrow night.

Mustard T-bone Steak

T-bone steak smothered with hot English mustard on the griddle with thick sliced potato chats, onion and salad.
